懸掛式導(dǎo)軌拋丸裝置建議用于工件批量上料時不能翻轉(zhuǎn)的敏感性工件以及特別復(fù)雜、重量大和大型工件的加工處理上。

將這些工件固定在一個吊鉤上，然后傳輸?shù)綊佂铏C。吊鉤的同步旋轉(zhuǎn)和振動式運動能確保由多個拋丸輪推動的拋丸丸料能夠使工件得到一致性的加工處理。

迪爾特懸掛式裝置屬于通用性裝置，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，所需加工空間較小。

It is suggested that the hanging rail shot blasting device be used for sensitive workpieces which can not be turned over when the workpieces are loaded in batches, as well as for processing workpieces which are particularly complex, heavy and large.           
These workpieces are fixed on a hook and then transferred to the shot blasting machine. The synchronous rotation and vibration movement of the hook can ensure that the shot blasting materials pushed by multiple shot blasting wheels can make the workpiece get consistent processing.
