Crawler shot blasting machine - suitable for shot blasting of large quantities of workpieces
From any small-scale workpiece, precision plastic workpiece to large-scale forging workpiece, it can reach very high processing technical standards. The gap machining system can be expanded into a full automatic system along with the peripheral loading and unloading devices.
Crawler shot blasting machine is equipped with steel crawler (manganese steel) to replace rubber crawler. This configuration makes the shot blasting machine suitable for processing workpieces with a single weight of 150kg (batch weight of 1200kg).
Loose materials and workpieces with complex geometry can be processed in this equipment.
Compared with batch operation, continuous process provides you with several advantages:
Continuous workpiece supply, easy to integrate into the production process, and realize automation and convenient parts processing
Loading and unloading scheme: the loading and unloading system that can be used individually, such as lifting and tilting system, vibration conveying trough, vibration buffer, rotating storage platform, etc., can ideally adapt to the existing production process.
Easy access to almost all wear areas. The workpiece conveying system can be moved out of the equipment through the guide rail system. Thus, the downtime is greatly shortened, and the maintenance work can be carried out easily and quickly in a comfortable working posture.
